Registration SOP

1. Who Can Apply?

Any registered NGO/University/Individual/Corporate working in the fields of education, health, women empowerment, skill development, environment, livelihood, social welfare etc. can apply.
NGO/University/Individual/Corporate actively looking for CSR collaborations.

2. Registration Categories & Charges (Exclusive of 18% GST):

Pitching (NGO/University/ Individual/Corporate)	₹25,500/-	Includes a dedicated time slot to present your NGO/University/Individual/Corporate in front of CSR decision-makers.
Non-Pitching (NGO/University/ Individual/Corporate)	₹7,500/-	Attend the conclave, network, and participate in sessions without pitching.
Delegate Pass (1 Person)	₹7,500/-	For individuals attending the conclave without representing any NGO.
Delegate Pass (2 Persons)	₹10,000/-	For individuals attending the conclave without representing any NGO.
Privileged NGO	₹1000/- (including gst)	Charges applicable (1000/- per) for each extra member from the same organization.
Additional Person	₹5,000/- per head	Charges applicable for each extra member from the same organization.

3. Payment & Acknowledgement:

After successful payment, you will immediately receive a Money Receipt via your registered email.
A GST invoice (18% GST applicable on all charges) will be sent to your registered email within 2 working days.

4. Event Details & Communication:

The Event Flow Chart will be shared via email 1 week prior to the event.
All important updates will be communicated:
- Through Email
- On our official social media pages

5. Other Important Points:

No on-spot registration will be allowed.
Entry to the event will be permitted only after verification of identity, payment, and confirmed registration

Terms and Conditions for NGO Registration – CSR Conclave

Eligibility Criteria:
- The applicant must be a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) with valid documentation (such as registration certificate under Societies Act/Trust Act/Section 8 of Companies Act).
- The NGO must have a minimum of 2 years of active operations.
- NGOs working in the areas of education, health, gender empowerment, environment, livelihood, skill development, or other recognized CSR sectors will be given preference.
Registration Process:
- All interested NGOs must fill the online/offline registration form completely and accurately.
- Scanned copies of the following documents must be uploaded/attached:
  - Registration Certificate
  - PAN Card
  - 12A/80G (if applicable)
  - Annual Reports (last 2 years)
  - Bank account details (for any future collaborations)
- Submission of the form does not guarantee participation. Final selection will be based on relevance to the conclave theme and available slots.
Registration Fee:
- Payment must be made via NEFT/UPI/Cheque. Payment details will be shared upon form submission.
- Payment receipt must be uploaded as part of the registration form.
Selection & Communication:
- Selected NGOs will be notified via email by enquiry@jharkhandcsrconclave.com.
- Participation certificates will be provided only to those NGOs who attend the full-day conclave.
- Only 2 representatives per NGO (Pitching category) will be allowed.
- Only 1 representative per NGO (Non pitching category) will be allowed.
Code of Conduct:
- NGOs must maintain professional conduct throughout the conclave.
- Promotional materials must be relevant, non-political, and aligned with CSR objectives.
- Organizers reserve the right to revoke participation for misconduct or misinformation.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- Registration fees are non-refundable, even if the NGO is not selected.
- In case of event postponement, all registrations will be carried forward to the new date.
Privacy & Use of Information:
- By registering, the NGO agrees that the shared data may be used by organizers for future collaboration, CSR networking, or post-conclave reporting.
Limitation of Liability:
- Organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by participants during travel or participation in the conclave.
